When I try and renew my password the system is not recognising my email address. How can this be fixed?
Below the 'Forgotten Your Password" link is an email address which is email@example.com
Send an email to this address stating that you can not reset your password. Ensure you include your work email address and applicable information such as name, rank and/or ID number. This will be cross checked by our IT staff and a new password will be sent within 2 working days.
