S&H were the first uniform company in Australia to implement an on-line ordering catalogue to comply with the agreed Federal and State Government protocols for electronic commerce.

The system was developed with the aim of streamlining the ordering process, minimizing duplication and ‘leakage’ from contractual arrangements, speed up the supply function, reduce the administrative burden and drive down costs. These objectives have been achieved across a number of our customers.

S&H have, however, substantially expanded on this concept and have developed an enhanced system that monitors employee entitlements, profiles employee’s unique requirements and automates the approval processes.

This very powerful system has revolutionized the supply function for a number of our customers, particularly those in the emergency service sector where specialized squads have unique equipment entitlements.
