The supply and management of uniforms and workwear is considered by many organizations as problematic and non core to their business. This sentiment is perhaps best reflected in one of our customers comments that, “uniforms used to represent 10% of our operations budget but 90% of the headaches.”

Our objective has been to provide a range of services that will take these ‘headaches’ away leaving these organizations to focus on their core business activity.

Total Apparel Management (TAM) involves the procurement, warehousing, distribution and management of a customer’s uniform and workwear requirement. A full TAM service will often involve the full ‘head to toe’ range of garments, accessories and accoutrements.

A number of major benefits are achievable in outsourcing this function to S&H. These include:
