With a broad customer base across Australia, there are often numerous research and development programs being coordinated by S&H on behalf of our customers. Not surprisingly, the research and development activities instigated by one customer may well be of interest to another customer. Internally, these research and development activities are regularly discussed and examined by S&H personnel and where applicable, presented to other customers who potentially may have similar needs. In effect, the activities and/or outcomes of a research and development program are made available for the benefit of all our customers.
Once again, given our broad customer base and indeed the different activities our customers undertake, S&H handle a vast, diverse collection of uniform and protective clothing items. When new products are brought to market by a manufacturer, S&H would request a briefing in terms of these new products and identify potential application for such product by our customers. These new products are then presented to our customers, once again for review and potential adoption.
